Game Masters - Guild Wars Forums

I was just wondering, is there a such thing as game masters in GW, i know that there are some in wow, but i have never heard about some in GW and was just wondering if there are any, and if there are do they look any different from normal characters, or do they try to hide the fact that they are game masters.
